Week 3 30's Research Project
I've researched a bit of my 30's paper and I found some interesting that I didn't know about. Like that two leagues joined together to form the NBA or that an African American won gold medals and proved Hitler wrong about Aryan superiority. I knew notable baseball players at the time and learned two other players team I didn't know they were on. I didn't know boxing was so big at the time. They sold over like 70,000 tickets to see a fight at Yankee Stadium. The NFL had a first college draft of some sort and some player used a move and was used often. Horse Racing was also quite big at the time and three horses accomplished amazing feats of some sort. I still haven't started on my 20% project because I don't know what to do and what to do it on.
