Blog #13

Week 13

       So this is the last blog of the year and it's about how we did on the 20% project. I didn't know what to do because I came into the class late and I didn't really understand the teacher's explanation about the project. I thought we just had to do blogs on random things like what we did that week or anything you wanted to. Then the 3rd quarter ended and my teacher talked to me and said what I've been doing for the 20% project and I said nothing. He told me I'd loose a lot of points and I did. I finally knew what we were suppose to do for the 20% project and I was going to do it with a friend named Diego. I then realized that he doesn't really care about school so I asked someone else named Victor if I can join him on his project. He said yes and I started researching a bit about the topic. I didn't have much time because I joined him about a month before it was due. So i basically did nothing for 20% of my grade. We actually started working on it about two weeks before it was due and I guess we both got lazy and barely did anything. We were suppose to do so much more but our procrastination got to us. Basically we didn't finish and just showed what we were suppose to do for the project. It was horrible and I don't expect to get a good grade. I did pretty bad this year and I'll try to do better next year.

20% Project Week 12

Week 12:

    

       We already started our presentation and all we need to do is finish it. I hope we do a good job because I need my grades to go up. Trending shoes is our topic and we need to practice what we're going to do. I don't know what to do it on because we haven't talked to much about it. When we finish it, I'm going to practice it the day before because after all, it's worth 20% of our grade. I'm going to work on it at home because my partner can't so I have to do the work after school. We barely started working on it like 3 weeks ago to be honest but we had the idea for like 2 months. 

     

20% Project Week 11

Week 11:

     We know what we're going to do our presentation with and it's with google presentation. We're starting on the project today, 2 weeks before it's due. I think it's enough time if we work on it and put effort in it. I'm going to practice my slides and he is too so we can be prepared. I'm really going to try on this because it's worth so much of my grade and it's the end of the year so I'm going try my hardest. 

Blog #10

Week 10:

I haven't done anything because I've been busy or lazy the whole time. We know what what we're going to present with and it's with google presentation. I'm doing doing formal shoes and Victor is doing random trending shoes that a lot of people are buying. I'll try to put more effort in this the coming weeks because I think i'll be as busy when my season is over. I really like certain formal shoes because they're a mix of formal and street shoes at the same time. I think that'll make the project easier for me since i'll enjoy it instead of doing something i don't like. Our presentation will be honest like in the beginning, we'll say if we wished we put more effort or not and not BS it. 

                                                      

Blog #9

     Week 9:

I haven't worked on the project lately because I've been sick and busy. We're still doing it on trending shoes and there hasn't been much of them lately. Almost everything is girl shoes that are trending. The few men's shoes that there trending are business shoes. The formal kind for jobs and stuff. I'd expect there to be more but not surprised that mostly all of them are women's. Victor is doing running shoes, like from adidas and nike. I'm doing the formal shoes because they're interesting to me.

Blog #8

Week 8:

   We changed our project to trending shoes. Not all shoes are like super nice for style but for protection. Like for the cold and hot weather. The trends change periodically aren't always the best.
